Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Regional Site Manager any issues or problems encountered during Saturday Operation of the Education Center.
- Gives guidance to students and/or facilitators in proper use of available machines and equipment.
- Assist facilitators by making copies as necessary and by coordinating availability of supplies and materials in the classrooms
- Answer telephone, take messages and communicate necessary information as requested.
- Greet visitors, students, and facilitators at the building and direct them to appropriate people and locations.
Qualifications:
- Telephone skills
- Basic office machine skills
- Interpersonal skills for relating effectively with students, faculty and staff
