Student Worker, Support Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Document Imaging Quality Control
- Occasional Telephone Coverage
- Special Projects (typically computer applications)
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2003 is required, and knowledge of
Office 2007 is preferred.
- Strong typing and 10-key skills. Must be able to move quickly through data entry projects.
- Outgoing and personable telephone skills.
- Flexibility. Must be able to prioritize duties and change those priorities seamlessly when necessary.
- Availability. It is best if the class schedule allows for work in at least two-hour time blocks.
- Professional appearance. Dress casual is preferred.
- Priority will be given to students who are eligible for work study.
Length of Employment:
Fall and spring terms with option for May and summer. May be renewed yearly.
Hours per Week::
12-20 hours for Fall and Spring terms
30-40 hours for May term and Summer
