Centralized Scheduling Protocol:

  • Conference Services schedules all space on campus (inside or outside) for any event or meeting other than academic classes and student activities within residence halls.

  • Faculty & staff access the online reservation system through the Family page.

  • Student organization officers & residence life student staff access the online reservation system through the Wildcat page. Email Diane Bowen to request a user name and password.

  • You will receive an email receipt indicating your request was received followed by an email confirmation indicating your request was processed and approved.

  • When making changes to your reservation, please reference your confirmation number.

  • Requests for technical services and equipment are required at least 14 days prior to your event.

  • Contact the catering manager at 677-2312 or   with foodservice requests at least 14 days prior to your event.

  • Avoiding pitfalls
    • Always check the event schedule to avoid conflicts with other events
    • Always submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance
    • Always use the online reservation system
    • Always expect a written confirmation

  • Employees and students receive special pricing when renting university facilities for personal events

  • Find out information regarding campus events by checking the web calendar or by calling the Information Desk at 677-INFO (4636).
